At Off Grid Mountain Life, we pack and ship each order with care — right from our remote mountain homestead in the U.S. Every item is hand-prepared, wrapped with intention, and shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Where We Ship From
We live off-grid in a mountainous area, which means access to town and shipping services can vary with the seasons. Mail service is reliable, but due to our location, we typically schedule 1–2 shipping days per week.
Fulfillment Times
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. During winter or seasonal transition months, weather or road conditions may occasionally cause a slight delay. If anything out of the ordinary comes up, we’ll communicate with you directly.
Shipping Method
We ship exclusively via USPS and provide tracking details for all orders. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your package is on its way.
Packaging & Sustainability
We aim to pack sustainably, using recyclable or compostable materials whenever possible. You may occasionally receive clean, reused packaging — it’s part of our commitment to simple, intentional living.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you live outside the U.S. and are interested in ordering, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to see if we can make it work.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once your package has been shipped and tracking information is provided, it becomes the responsibility of USPS. If something goes wrong, please reach out to us and we’ll do what we can to help resolve the issue.
